Michelle provides assessment and counselling services for all aspects of nutritional education, including:

· Eating Disorders (Specialty rates apply)

· Weight Management (Standard rates apply)

· Food Allergies and Intolerance (Specialty rates apply)

· Diabetes (Standard rates apply)

· High Blood Pressure / Cholesterol (Standard rates apply)

· Pregnancy Nutrition (Standard rates apply)

· Sports Nutrition (Standard rates apply)

Initial consultations typically take 1 hour and include an analysis and assessment of the client’s current diet, together with preparation of a detailed meal plan tailored specifically to help them achieve their nutritional goals.

Follow-up sessions are then scheduled to assess progress and allow refinements to be made as needed. Each review session typically take half an hour. Continued ->
